Delicate, crisp finishing flakes of pure sea salt

These white salt pyramids are wafer-thin, hollow crystals formed from pure sea salt. Their light crunch and clean salinity make them ideal as an elegant finishing table salt.

Culinary uses

  • Finish, don’t cook: sprinkle just before serving to preserve the pyramid crunch.
  • Meat & fish: a pinch on grilled steak, roast chicken, salmon or scallops.
  • Vegetables & salads: top roast potatoes, asparagus, tomatoes or leafy salads.
  • Bread & butter: scatter a few flakes over cultured butter or olive-oil dips.

How to use

  • Handle gently: crush lightly between fingers if a finer sprinkle is desired.
  • Add off-heat: long cooking dissolves the flakes and dulls texture.
  • Balance: season food lightly during cooking, then finish with flakes at the table.

  • Finishing per portion: ~1–2 pinches (≈ 0.3–0.6 g), to taste.
