
Himalayan Crystal Salt with Wild Herbs
Season like a pro with a clean, mineral Himalayan rock salt from Khewra (Pakistan) blended with aromatic wild herbs. Ideal as a finishing touch, in rubs, dressings and marinades.

Culinary uses
- Finishing: sprinkle over grilled steak, roast chicken, tomatoes or eggs just before serving.

- Butter & dips: fold into soft butter or yogurt for instant herb butter and dips.

How to use

Dosage & kitchen ratios
- Finishing per portion: ~1–2 pinches (≈ 0.3–0.6 g).
- Dry rubs: 1 tsp herb salt per 500 g meat + 1–2 tsp spices (to taste).
- Dressings: 1/4–1/2 tsp per 250 ml vinaigrette; taste and adjust.
- Herb butter: 1 tsp per 100 g unsalted butter, plus lemon zest to finish.
