Marinated Olives
Preparation
1. Take out the stone of the olives or just cut into them until you reach the stone. Clean one garlic and cut in half. Wash the bio lemon and cut into small pieces.
2. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Fill into a glass and fill with olive oil until everything is covered with oil. Close the glass.
3. Leave the glas for one day in room temperature and then place for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator to marinade.
