Grilled Paprika
Preparation
1. Wash and cut in half the paprika - take out the white cores.
2. Place the paprika halfes on a baking tray underneath the grill.
3. When the paprika is brown take them out of the ofen and place a wet towel on them - this way the skin goes of easily.
4. Take of the skin of the paprika and place them in a sterilized glas with garlic, oregano, salz, pepper and chillies.
5. Cover with oil and put them in the frige to marinade.
