Racks of Lamb with Rosemary
Preparation
1. Heat your pan.
2. Put some olive oil in your pan and then the racks of lamb with 2 garlic cloves (take these out before you burn them).
3. Roast gently and season with Rosemary and Salt.
4. Reduce heat, put a lid on the pan and let the racks of lamb cook.
5. Season with white pepper.
Serve with a mixed Salad.
