Kross Knuckl of Pork
Preparation
1. Take a big pan and fill it with water. Bring it to a boil.
2. Engrave rhombic the pork crust .
3. Place the knuckles into the waterpan (they should be covered with water)
4. Give1 Bay leave,
1 teaspoon Black Pepper Tellicherry,
1 teaspoon Caraway,
1 Clove,
1 Tabelspoon Himalaya Salt, into the water of the nuckles and let them cook just underneth the poiling temperatur for 1,5 hours.
5. Take the Pork knuckles out of the water and place them on a roast in a 200 °C preheated Oven for approx 1 hour. Now the pork crust should be cross and delicious.
Serve with red cabbage or Sauerkraut and potato dumplings or fried potatos.
