Octupus Tomato Salad
Preparation
1. Place your wet octopus with one bay leave, 1 teaspoon ginger, 2 tablesoon olive oil and one garlic clove in a pan with a cover.
2. Start cooking on medium heat until it boils and reduce the heat to small for 1 - 1,5 hours.
3. Cut the tomatoes in small pieces and marinate them with olive oil, 0,5 teaspoon of parsley, 0,5 teaspoon coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon Chili Chipotle red, white pepper Orlandosidee and Maldon Sea Salt.
4. As soon as the octopus is tender, turn of the heat and let the octopus cool of. Cut the octopus in small pieces and mix it with your tomato salad.
