Saffron Pears
Preparation
1. Heat slowly water, saffran, juice of a lime, vanilla and cane sugar until sugar has dissolved completely.
2. Sterelize you glasses.
3. Peel the pears and put them in your glasses with a pice of a vanilla pod and fill with the sirup.
6. Place your glases for 30 min in the preheated oven with 90 °C to preserve the pears.
