Directions
1. Cut the 200 gr dark chocolate into small pieces and let it melt in a warm water bath.
2. Mix Vanilla with the cane sugar.
3. In a separate bowl mix the eggs until they are frothy.
4. Now pour in slowly the cane sugar and vanilla mix and
stir until the sugar has resolved.
5. Mix slowly the sunflower oil and the dark chocolate into the mass.
6. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt together. Mix everything together until well blended and you have a smooth pastry.
7. Pour even into you pan ( 40 x 28 cm). Bake in the middle of the preheated oven for 20 min 180 °C
