The Vanilla Bourbon, (Madagascar)

The Vanilla Bourbon is also named Queen of the Spices (PLANIFOLIA VANILIE).
The Vanilla grows only in very hot and humid climate, in low
altitude. The Island Reunion and Madagascar have very good soil for this plant
that belongs to the group of orchid. Vanilla Bourbon has an
exceptional high quality. Its black fruits are bendable and
soft.
Vanilla harmonizes very good with cinnamon, Anis, cloves, Ginger
and Cardamom. Vanilla is very good to make sweet plates but our best Cooks use
it also to make more hearty dishes.
Vanilla goes
very good with Broccoli and Fish.
Vanilla beans are used in Honey for a special flavor
